When the North Carolina Craft Brewer’s Guild decided to take their annual conference online we knew just what kind of presentation design they needed to play well with their already existing brand guidelines.
Fun and hoppy…but informative.
We developed a user-friendly template that the guild could pass on to each conference speaker. We designed a template that would work in all major presentation platforms. (PowerPoint, Keynote and even Google Slides.) We then set up a file management system so that each participant could upload their finished presentation directly to our inbox.
Giving the presenters a guideline to design around really helped in keeping the annual conference branded appropriately. The key to a successful presentation design is to keep in mind that each presentation will be very different and have a variety of media showcasing needs.
We had to ask ourselves, do we include slides for presenters to show off all of their photos from the past year? How about easily customizable graphical data representation? What about a pleasing way to present those text-heavy slides?
We were able to create a presentation that had something for every presenter’s needs while still staying true to the guild’s sharp aesthetic.
